Diana Dinsmore

Diana Dinsmore is a senior executive with 30 years of leadership in areas focusing on financial/cost accounting and reporting, cash flow analysis and forecasting, budgeting, human resources/payroll, contract negotiations and administration, accounting process implementation and improvement, insurance administration and general office management.

Diana previously served as President/CEO of her own company for 20 years where she provided outsourced Controller and management services to small-to-medium emerging companies throughout the U.S. During this time, her client list represented various industries including: capital projects consulting, real estate development, leasing and sales, residential and commercial construction, engineering, and equipment sales.  Diana worked directly with executive leadership teams to provide the necessary financial process discipline and information needed to aid in the continued growth of the client organizations.

Diana has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia and was a CPA in the State of Oklahoma from 1985-2006.
